Pricing and Services

Base Pricing 
These are the base prices for our services. All basic residential and commercial services require a 2 hour minimum in order to deliver the highest quality service to our clients. We typically assign one cleaner to a worksite however, depending on the extent of the clean required for deep cleans or fresh start move in/out services, it may be necessary to assign an additional cleaner at an additional cost. When this is the case we charge the advertised rate per cleaner. This will always be discussed with the client prior to making a final decision so you can be at peace knowing we will never surprise you with hidden charges. 
 

Residential and Commercial 

Residential

$35 per hour after initial deep clean at the deep clean price ($55 per hour).

$45 per hour after initial deep clean at the deep clean price ($55 per hour).
